It is as if the 

light of Christ within me

reaches out as needed when

I am floundering - lost - alone

to catch me lest I fall into a pit

to gently guide me on my way

enlighten my discernment and

bring me safely home again to

Thinking today of my sense of Godde’s Grace - that it’s not so much a reaching in to guide us, rather a flowing of the Spirit from within.  Christ living in us. What a blessing!
